Perfection! The entire family loved it. So easy and so good!
I made both dishes, but left out the peas and bacon. Fantastic!

I didn't make the pasta but I LOVED the Balsamic Browned Butter with the tilapia, it was so flavorful. This will be a go to recipe for dinner in the middle of the week.

Oh, my goodness this was good. Can't find San Marzano tomatoes in my small town. I used 35 oz can of whole peeled whatever brand was on sale. An excellent way to eat tilapia.

This was astounding! I made both the tilapia with brown butter and the pasta also and it was all to die for! I agree that the pasta is for at least 8 while the tilapia is for four. The pasta did reheat well for a few lunches, but we still couldn't quite eat every bit of it. I will certainly half the pasta recipe or invite friends over the next time I make it. I'd never used mascarpone cheese and I loved the flavor it added. Quick, run to the store and get the ingredients for this! You won't regret it!

The fish was absolute delish! Loved the pasta too, used cream cheese instead of mascarpone. Proportions were off though. Enough fish for four, enough pasta for eight. Next time I will cut the pasta recipe in half. Even my picky eaters enjoyed this meal!

I only made the fish and sauce, not the pasta, but I LOVED It! I'm still learning to cook so I was nervous making this, (I had never made fish before! But the fish with the balsamic browned butter sauce was amazing, and I didn't even make the sauce correctly! Mine separated, but I'm going to try it again tonight!

Mmm, mmm good!! The brown butter balsamic tilapia is one of my favorite "go to" recipes. I remember watching Rach make it on her show, soooo easy! and it's excellent on pan seared scallops too. Any time I make it for friends or family they all rave, I just gave out the recipe again. Even my 2yr old loves it! I didn't make the pasta, but I do serve it with a sun dried tomato risotto and a fresh veggy (asparagus Yummo!
