Made this for my husband and 16 year old son( who is the pickiest eater EVER! My husband loved the Maque Choux, but the real prize is the tomatillo mixture. My son ate every last bite and took all the left overs. This is such an easy recipe and the Corona is a perfect touch. Not generally a fan of Rachael Ray, but this recipe is now one of my personal favs!

Don't know what you did wrong Steponme2, but this was not bitter at all. The Maque Choux was a definate surprise! Even my husband, who usually turns his nose at anything new, loved it!! I truly enjoyed this recipe, and as far as chopping... I didn't think it was all that much either. Great recipes just as they are, wouldn't change a thing!

The tomatillo sauce was bitter; maybe it was the tamatillos that I used. The fish and corn were good. I don't think this meal was worth all the time spent chopping the ingredients.

I only made the tilapia with tomatillos. My wife loved it and said she would cook it for guests. I liked it a lot, but it didn't have a wow factor for me.

This is the easiest, most delicious fish recipe I've found. Whenever people come over for dinner, I rely on this one to impress! One thing I do differently is grill the corn, jalapenos, and onions to give it that smokey grilled flavor. Healthy, fresh, easy to plate like a pro, and handy/cheap ingredients - nothing to complain about here!

I agree it was DELICIOUS!! We really couldn't get enough And we drowned our fish in the tomatillo sauce. I will say however, it takes for ever to chop all those veggies. And I had my roommate helping me chop, this is more like a 45 minute to and hour meal, but well worth the hour wait.

This dish was a big hit, everyone loved it. Don't know how you could possibly prepare this in 30 minutes though. Chopping all the veggies takes at least 30 min.! Definitely worth the time though. Will be making this again.

WOW! I thought this recipe was wonderful! The tomatillo sauce had a wonderful tanginess, with a very subtle heat. This recipe is a keeper; my husband and kids asked me to make it again! Thanks Rachel!

This recipe is extremely easy and absolutely awesome! I am not a huge fan of fish, but loved this dish! The green sauce is very quick to make and really flavorful...I will use that recipe time and time again! Talk about a keeper!
