this was a wonderful side dish. To make it more interesting I put chopped chives in the dressing and chopped parsley on top of the finished product. I'm surprised Rachael didn't think of the parsley because she almost always finishes a dish that way.

Although my shrimp salad I made, was okay. I felt something was missing. I found this recipe of Rachael's and trusted her judgement on the ingredients for the salad dressing. I used less hot sauce and horseradish as my family doesn't like anything too hot. The lemon was what really perked up my salad. My salad tastes so much better. I used some imitation seas legs as part of the shrimp. Thanks once again RR.

My family couldn't get enough of this salad. We diced and mixed the tomatoes and shrimp before putting the dressing on. The dressing is fabulous. Just the right mix of all flavors. Thanks Rachael for making our meals just wonderful.

This salad was super simple and so, so delicious. The dressing was so flavorful, and I definitely plan on using the dressing again for other salads. We had a "potpourri"-type dinner with twice baked potatoes with spinach and turkey bacon along with portobellos stuffed with black beans and corn. This sald was a nice third dish, and everyone cleaned their plates. Thanks for another easy and delicious recipe, Rachael! :o

I've gone ahead and taken a few liberties with this recipe by adding a few green onions and olives, as well as some crab meat to the shrimp. Then, I add some romaine lettuce and wrap it all up into flour tortillas for one of the tastiest wraps I've ever eaten. With or without any embellishments, this is a simple idea that can't be beat if you like shrimp!
