This recipe is absolutely delicious! The only variation was that the grocery was OUT of CRUSHED Italian tomatoes, so I used whole, peeled Italian and just chopped em up a little myself. Other than that, I followed precisely and it was sooo good, even my picky husband, my 11 and 5 year olds both ate it and raved. I caught myself sneaking little forkfuls from the fridge the next morning.
I served with a fresh salad of torn romaine, shredded some leftover Parm-Reg cheese on top with homemade croutons. Yum! And, oh-so easy!

This was one of the easiest and most flavorable cassoroles I have made in a long time. Usually I have pasta with tomatoe sauce, or pesto alone. Together, they are delicious! Way to go Rachael! If your's was dry, you're doing something wrong. Leftovers, were great! Keep up the great work, love your show, Rachael!!

This was a great recipe. It was quick and easy. It tasted like you spent hours on it. I am a novice in the kitchen. So if I can do it you can do it.

Made this dish the day after seeing it on TV. It was very simple (I did use jar sauce instead and it truly only took 30 minutes. My entire family loved it - my kids even asked for seconds. I will definitely add this to my list of family favorites!

we omited the ricotta because neither my fiance nor I are fond of it, and it still turned out really spectacular!

    everyone had seconds!

I made this for a birthday lunch potluck and got many complements. I used both a can of tomato sauce and a can of diced Italian tomatoes and used chedder cheese instead of mozzerella. It turned out great. I'm going to make it again this week to take for lunch!
