I like a bit less pesto and this is easily adjusted. I now make all my sauce following this recipe.

This recipe was so easy to make and such a big hit. I made it for my Christmas Cookie Exchange dinner and the ladies loved it and everyone wanted the recipe.

i used whole wheat pasta instead and didn't like it too much. it'd probably taste much better with regular pasta.

This was outstanding!!! After reading other comments about dryness, I decided to double the sauce recipe & was pretty generous with putting the sauce on top. That worked out great. Still had plenty to serve on the side.
Oh, and I used fat free ricotta. Nobody in my house can tell the difference when it's all mixed in. This is a definite do-over!!!

Fast and easy it is!! But when you fix it, try using a pasta sauce, it comes out much taster and a little more cheese never hurts.

The pasta was really dry. I think that a tomato sauce would have been better instead of a tomato mixture.

I was surprised it actually took me 30 minutes to make. I live in a house of four people and we had leftovers all week. Delicious and very simple.
