this is a easy and quick, and you can add your own variations with very little thought. I use basil and garlic tomato's and seasoning from my cupboard to spice it up.

This recipe was fantastic...I have always wanted to replicate a favorite of mine from Sbarro's Pizza Place. This is the exact recipe and I was very excited. The reason I rated a 4 is because it doesn't keep well as leftovers. The tomatoes got real soggy, but then tomatoes do that right?

My husband will not eat anyones cucumber salad but his grandmom's but when i made this he gave it a try and he loved it .It was so good.all my friend love this salad when i make it.

I loved this dish! The flavors were fabulous and the ease of preparation was wonderful considering my busy schedule. The onion adds great flavor to it without overpowering the tomato and cucumber. Tangy and delicious.
