    Very good. It was loved by everyone, I substituted shaved chocolate for the mini chocolate chips and it worked out well.

    These taste great! Everything worked perfectly together. My sister thought the chocolate chips were too crunchy mixed in with the ice cream and cherries, but I thought it helped prepare you for the chewy coconut cookies. The hot fudge sauce on top softened the frozen ice cream wonderfully.
