My wife loves yogurt. I don't. I've tried all different kinds and have never been able to enjoy it. That is, until now. My wife and I are on the Maker's Diet. We're in the first stage and we can enjoy fruit and yogurt. I bit the bullet and made this for us and she loved it. In fact, she wanted more! I actually enjoyed it as well. For those of you who, like me, don't necessarily care for yogurt, this is a way to go to enjoy it!

add Homemade Gourmet's Spiced Dip Mix package http://shop.homemadegourmet.com to the yogurt for an added blast of flavor!
