This is delicious and really easy to prepare. We make these at least twice a month!

This burger is super tasty and easy to make. My husband and I have been trying to eat out less since the birth of our son, and this kind of recipe makes it so that we don't miss going out at all!

Why would anyone take fresh tuna steaks and blend them in the food processor? Thats a disgrace to the fish.

This tasted great, but I felt it was a waste using high quality tuna steaks for burgers.

Although it is painfull to witness a fresh tuna steak in the food processor, it makes for a mighty tasty burger! Note: Careful not to add too much ginger root. Unlike garlic, it is possible to overdo it with ginger.

This was a quick meal to make but not as tasty as I thought it would have been.

I made this last night and my picky husband loved it! We are on phase 2 of the South Beach diet, so I served them on a whole wheat bun and they were great. They were very filling and gave the sensation of nawing on a big juicy burger!

We have been cooking right along with Rachel during her broadcast and at times my son and I are like a comedy routine trying to keep up! It has been a blast and rewarding. I have never written a review but had to comment on the tuna burgers..they were outstanding. The mango chutney was great with the wasabi. Wonderful flavors.

As Rachael would say...Yummm-O! This was great, easy, and a big hit with friends. I also made her sirloin burgers as a choice. What a fun nite!
