These were excellent! Instead of Italian tuna in olive oil, I used good-quality albacore tuna then added EVOO ( because that's what I had on hand. I also used French bread a tad bigger than a baguette to expedite cooking and allow for a bigger one sandwich serving for a main meal. I've never made a tuna sandwich without mayo, so I really liked this healthier, different version with olive oil. These looked just like they did on her show and tasted yummy. I will definitely make these again, but I might try cooking spray instead of butter to save a few fat grams.
