This was really good and quite healthy. I mixed up the escarole (after dressing it with the white beans since it's hearty and doesn't wilt too quickly. Made a nice bed for the Tuna. I left out the radicchio (that might have been too much bitterness for me. I used a grill pan to cook the tuna. For some reason I always think Asian when I think about fresh Tuna steaks. Glad I found another flavor profile for it.

Wow! This was fabulous. I wouldn't cook these any longer than 6 minutes on the flip side. A great combination of flavors and textures. I would definitely make this again. Enjoy with a nice Sauvignon Blanc!

The tuna came out well but mine was a little overcooked for my liking. Although, that is bound to happen with varying tuna steak sizes. The real star of this show was the beans! SO flavorful and it truly goes so well with the fish. I like the beans so much that I make it as a side dish to other meals. It is so hearty, healthy, EASY, and delicious. Not to mention, it takes no time to whip up. Definitely try it!

Picked up some Ahi on sale and discovered this recipe which fit what I already had on hand, although I had to substitute Romaine for the greens unfortunately. It was easy to cut recipe down for two. We liked it so well, I'll definitely try it again with the specified greens.

The tuna steak came out just perfectly after a 7-minute tent. Delish.

I was looking for a seared tuna recipe to make as an hors d'oevre to go with fried wontons. The seared tuna was perfect for it. However, watch the timing as the recipe's timing was too long. Although the tuna was overcooked, it was still tasty as an hors d'oevre.

I had to have my son read me the instructions while I cooked, but I'm so thankful I came across this recipe. The peppery Tuna went so wonderfully with the very bitter salad. My most favorite part of the entire dinner (besides how it presented on a plate was the beans. Oh these beans! I'm sort of a bean head, but the subtlety of the rosemary against the Tuna and the salad...OH I am one happy woman! (Not to mention my most finicky daughter ate it as well!
