Great & Simple! Cook the tuna rare, the flavors are so complimentary.. I served it with a fresh Orange Salad and a pea shoot salad! Tickled the tastebuds! YUM!

Okay, I'm not a big tuna fan. When I came home this evening and my husband announced he had bought $25 worth of tuna for the two of us I thought: oh great. But I decided to make the best of it and went to the computer to find a recipe and came across this one. THANK YOU Rachel. This was so delicious. I know a couple people changed some of the amounts, but I thought everything was perfect. I even poured some of the lemon juice/olive oil from the pan onto my portion! My one bit of advice would be to only cook 2 min per side. Don't overcook. If you think you can't eat fish that is still red, close your eyes, and then enjoy!

Delicious recipe. I was a little afraid of the 1+ cup of parsley so I backed off a little bit and added more garlic. In a Mexican/Portuguese home, you never have enough garlic. The lemon and orange zest is an awesome and different touch, we've never tasted it and it brought the entire plate, tuna, couscous, and side salad to life. Also, the lemon juice while the tuna is finishing made the meat extra juicy and flavorful. Thank you. We will make it again.

Just finished dinner and this recipe was wonderful. The citrus makes it great for summer. The tuna cooked up beautifully! Will definitely make again!!
