This is a great & simple recipe especially if you don't wnat to have traditional left overs from Thanksgiving, Christmas or any other festive meal! This is one of those recipes that warms the tummy and taste great and definately doesn't take a lot of time! Two thumbs up for Rachael!

For once, we wished there had been MORE thanksgiving leftovers. Soup was so good that my very picky kids gobbled it right up! Loved it;can't wait to make it again.

I've served this soup twice now--after Thanksgiving and after Christmas and it always gets raves. Instead of using the canned chicken broth, I make my own turkey broth from the carcas--the flavor is wonderful and what a great way to use up the leftover dressing! Can't wait to make another turkey and do this one again!

I loved this. It used almost all of my left over turkey, so my family was not stuck eating it for days!!!!

What a fanatastic way to use up those holiday left overs! I varied mine slightly by putting everything in the crockpot to cook all day. I added potatoes and green beans instead of peas. It was simply delicious! This recipe will be a post-holiday tradition in my house. Thanks, Rachael!

I had a lot of stuffing left over this year and this was perfect for it. It was a great light lunch after the day before's chow-down.

With all the extra vegetable, leftover turkey, and dried-out stuffing, this soup was perfect! It was very versatile and easy to make. I added some potatoes instead of peas. I'll definitely keep this in mind when leftovers are around.

This is such a great idea! I made turkey dinner last night and turkey dinner "soup" tonight. I added corn and some potatoes. It was a hit! Thanks Rachel! Oh, it was less than 30 min to make too!
