The taste factor and ease factor on this recipe should make it into everyone's weekly repetoire. I couldn't believe something this amazingly tasty could be so easy and quick to make. Gourmet comfort food fit for guests. A must try.

This was truly one of the most fabulous things I've ever cooked. My husband is quite the chef and is hard to impress, and even he went nuts over this! The smell of the garlic, shallots, and mushrooms cooking nearly sent me over the edge. I would even make this for company, it's that good!
