The mushrooms *really* make this. My boyfriend and I devoured these. I used a beef, pork, veal mixture bc the store was out of ground turkey, but I can't wait to try it with turkey. It was a bit too fatty with the mixture that I used.

These are so flavorful! I have made them several times and do prefer to make 6-8 smaller patties. That's the only thing I change though!

The fresh sage gave it so much flavor. I used all cremni mushrooms still work out great. Next time I will try making 6 patties as the four were very large servings. This is a great receipe to share with friends and relatives. This is a keeper and the best turkey patties I have ever tasted!

This was the first Rachel Ray recipe I ever made and I was hooked when I discovered how easy her meals are and how much flavor each dish has. I have since made at least 15 of Rachel's recipes and they are almost always a hit in my household. Thanks for all the great cooking tips!

This is a very good recipe and easy to follow. My husband loves it but says it has to have the gravy with it. I will eat it with or without the gravy. If you have someone in your family that doesn't like the flavor of mushrooms, they aren't going to like this recipe. For mushroom lovers!

This was one of the best meals I have made in a long time. Will make again and again. Moist patties with wonderful gravy. A must try.

I made this tonight but was a little short on the ingredients. I substituted "regular" mushrooms and 1/2 of a white onion for the shallots. I also chopped them very finely in my food processor before sauteing them. It was excellent! Definitely a tasty way to serve turkey, rather than as the usual "substitute" for ground beef in casseroles!

I just throw the mushrooms in the food processor. Turkey burgers have never been sooooo moist. This ones a hit with everyone.

I have enjoyed this recipe and have used it time and again. This recipe was my first that I used with ground turkey. It is fully flavored and won't let you down. A+ Ms. Ray.
