I love wild muchrooms and am always looking for new ways to use them. This was absolutely delicious and I like that it is figure friendly to boot!

The patties were moist and delicious! I served them with chive potatoes and those were awesome too. This was incredibly easy to make and I will definitely make it again!

This is a great, and I do mean great, recipe. The mini meat loafs are full of flavor and very moist. I didn't have any fresh sage on had so I used about a half teaspoon of ground sage. Also when I went to the pantry I realized I was out of Italian Bread Crumbs, so I used Panko. The flavor was terrific. Definitely will become a staple at my house.

Love this meal! Great served with mashed potatoes. Gravy has great flavor and turkey patties were flavorful even though I didn't have any shallots and added a tablespoon of minced garlic to mushroom mixture. Also used 8 shiitake mushrooms and 8 regular mushrooms isntead of crimini. Wonderful flavor, love the fresh sage. Very impressive!
