I followed the recipe exactly and was disappointed in the overall flavor of the burger. It was moist and I had no problems with it falling apart in the pan, but I thought the addition of lime was off-putting, and the overall taste just a bit strange. Though the sauce was good, the overall burger experience did not appeal to me. I love Rachael's recipes, and many readers said they loved this burger, so it just might be my particular taste. I will not make this recipe again. Perhaps if the burger had an Italian flavor, I might have liked it better.

Delicious, my daughter even ate all of it. Made it with some substitutions due to ingredients availability and it was still great. I made single burgers with sharp cheddar sandwich slices. I believe that ground turkey needs everything it can get to make it flavorful and enjoyable, and this recipe does just that. After all, I am eating GT, so I don't care if it has turkey bacon and cheese on it. If you want to just taste GT then don't bother with this recipe. Just grill em and choke em down. Can't wait to make it again with all the correct ingredients.

Everyone is different so if you have a problem with the sauce don't use it! If you are unhappy with the calories don't make it a double burger, that is to much to eat anyway! Come on people get a clue, not everybody is the same. For us we love it just in the smaller one pattie. Couldnt be better for us.

I just do not understand why I keep trying Rachel's recipes! They almost always take much more than 30 minutes, and I am an accomplished cook! When the results are delicious, I don't mind. This time I simply wasted much of my valuable time! The burgers were over spiced and certainly DID NOT need that sweet sauce! It almost didn't matter if you put the cheese and bacon on top or not; the sauce was too over-powering! Please Rachel, get real! I feel that you are trying to ove-rcompensate for real falvor! I am truly disappointed. I will probably not try one of your recipes, again.

Loved it! A lot of the time we make turkey burgers they come out very dry. This time they stayed moist and we love the flavors! The sauce came out very sweet though. Next time, I would cut back on the brown sugar. Otherwise, they were perfect!

In our house we only eat poultry and fish, so finding a good recipe for turkey burgers has been a bit difficult, but this one is s kepper! I, too, made thiis a single burger, and made the spicy sauce with onions, ketchup and mustard, etc. (it still made a lot, but less than it would have if I'd have made it with a can of tomatoes but it was relly good. The lime juice, I think, was the missing ingredient. Sometimes when using a beef recipe for a turkey or chicken burger, the ingredients overpower the meat, but these flavors were really good (I was a little leary about the cilantro, but It was good in there also. Oh! But I did refridgerate the mixture before frying, that helps the delicate turkey meat stay together- loved the Jack cheese on top, too! Try this you'll like it!

We made this burger without the bacon and it was still awesome!! Instead of going through all the trouble of double stacking a burger we just made 4 regular size burgers. I absolutely loved this recipe SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! worth making again for my friends and famiy
