I'm not a fan of turkey burgers, they are usually dry and just don't satisfy. But trying to eat a bit healthier I had to try something else. I too only did one patty high, but they came out awesome and were so moist and flavorful. Paired it with baked sweet potato fries....worth it for a healthy choice!

I've never eaten something with so much flavor that was so unsatisfying. It didn't take much time to make, which made me happy that I didn't waste my time making this meal. An hour later I was hungry again. I think I can sum this up with one word...unsatisfying.

I changed the recipe a little to make it more Weight Watchers friendly.

I used a Arnolds Sandiwch Thin instead of an English Muffin and only used 4oz of ground turkey per serving instead of two burgers.

My version came out to be 6pts per burger.

I tweeked the receipe by using Arnold 100 cal multi grain bread, made it a single burger, used turkey bacon and grilled it. This was my first turkey burger ever and thought it was fab!! I will make it again!!

Though this recipe is certainly less calories than a take out restaurant burger, I wouldn't call it figure friendly. It's points value as made by the recipe would be 19! That's a whole day on WW. Made without the bacon and with only 1 burger instead of 2, it's 11 points.

My husband and I made these burgers and cooked them on the grill. They were excellent and the sauce really complemented the burgers. We omit the bacon and make them as single burgers instead of double. Whenever we make turkey burgers, I always pull out this recipe. Thanks Rachael.

i have made this recipe several times. we don't do double burgers but everything else i do the same as rachel. lemons work as well as limes and we like the citrus flavor in the turkey burger. i have reduced the amount of chipotle chili powder. found great english muffins at "harry & david". YUM-O!!!

Very tasty burger and a nice change from the store bought flat and low taste.

Did not do the double (way too much, the bacon, or the cilantro. We skipped the bacon because I don't care for it and the cilantro because my husband is one of those who finds it tastes like soap. Also used cheddar cheese instead of jack and sourdough rolls as we couldn't find sandwich size English muffins.

The first time we made these we mixed up the sauce and while it was decent but there was a LOT of it. Frankly I would just skip it and mix a bit of Worcester with brown sugar, stone ground mustard, and ketch-up. Then top it with some red onion slices.
