Although everyone seems to have given the recipe 5 stars, I found it to be dry and tastless. I used the ground turkey breast as recommended. Perhaps regular ground turkey would not make this so dry. A lot of work with no results.

This is my all time favorite by Mrs. Ray. I am talking taaaasty!!! This is a great way to redo that tired ol' turkey. A side note for those that don't care for mushrooms (like me I just used a roasted red bell pepper for my "bun" and gave my hubby the mushroom, making us both super satisfied. You HAVE to try this one guys she isn't kidding when she says Yum-O!!

This was so good; I am definitely going to make this again. When I was making this, I didn?t realize ran out of mozzarella cheese so I had to use goat cheese instead! Wow, what a mistake. The goat cheese complemented this meal so well. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I loved it. Since I did not feel like cooking it inside, I cooked everything outside on the grill very successfully.

I SAW THE SHOW AND RACHEL SAID TO CHOP THE VEGGIES VERY SMALL OR THE BURGERS WILL FALL APART. I USED A CHOPPER GISMO TO CHOP EVERYTHING AND WORKED THE MEAT FOR A FEW MINUTES TILL IT SEEMED DRIER. THE FIRST ONE I FLIPPED BROKE A LITTLE BUT THEN I FLIPPED THE REST WITH MORE CARE AND HAD NO PROBLEM. IT TOOK LONGER THAN 5 OR SIX MINUTES TO COOK, HOWEVER. I USED PLAIN MOZZARELLA WHICH DIDN'T ADD MUCH SO NEXT TIME I'LL USE THE SMOKED OR OMIT IT. I WILL ALSO OMIT THE EEOV AND TRY PUTTING SOME MARINARA SAUCE IN THE "BUN" AFTER IT'S COOKED. THAT SHOULD PUT IT OVER THE EDGE BECAUSE IT SEEMED LIKE IT NEEDED CATSUP OR SOMETHING.

This burger was so flavorful and moist and my selective husband loved it as well. He had no idea I used ground turkey. Will defintely make this one again and again!

I always make this for friends and family. They love it. Even if they don't eat the mushroom. I add a little more tomato paste for a richer flavor.

I make 5 or 6 patties (otherwise they are just too big, and add some bread crumbs to get them to stick together better. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly, and got rave reviews. My boyfriend loves loves loves this one.
