My husband does not care for mushrooms at all and was reluctant, but he loved this recipe! We are on Sout Beach and needed something different.... this really fit the bill. Didn't miss the bun at all. Everyone enjoyed it, lots of flavor and not at all dry. My daughter's boyfriend thinks I am a gourmet cook!!!!

I don't make burgers too often. Maybe once a year...so I was a little hesitant to make these.

They turned out great, although dividing the meat into just 4 burgers was a bit much for me. I have a good appetite, but couldn't finish one of these babies!

I used dark meat turkey and they came out extrememly juicy. Next time I'm going to try the white meat instead.

These burgers were EXCELLENT! I think I could eat these every day! It's 5 points for you Weight Watcher members too! Caution, if you don't like spicy add MUCH less red pepper flakes. I put in 1/2 tsp. and it was still too spicy for me...

I have yet to actually make a 30 minute meal in 30 minutes because I'm such a slow chopper... But the vegetable chopping was the "toughest" part of the whole recipe. It was easy and my guests were so impressed at the gourmet meal we served. What a great way to incorporate vegetables into burgers. Enjoy!

I saw Rachel Ray make these on TV and tried them immediately. I had to skip the arugula because my store didn't have any, but the burgers were still VERY good. I also used smoke provolone instead of smoked mozz - still very good. I would definitely make these again.

The burgers were wonderful. We noticed some reviewed that the burgers fell apart. We did not have that problem, we waited till the burgers were cooked 1/2, to 3/4 the way through and did not turn them that much during cooking. We also tried them using ground chicken, they turned out great as well. Resturant style meal, without a lot of time.. Amazing flavor.

This is the first meal I made from R.R.'s cookbook and it was the best choice I could have made! It is really eash and fun to make, and the 'burgers' melt in you mouth. This delicious meal has been made in my home several times now, and I can't wait to make this meal again. Try it!
