    I'm sorry, the consistency of the final result was disappointing. Though I do love portabellas, I wasn't very pleased with this concoction. Sorry, I'm not a fan of this.....

    This recipe is a keeper for any season. The Portobello "Buns" make these burgers great!

    I never thought a non-beef burger could taste so good, but these were delicious. As others mentioned, they don't hold together really well, but with some gentle handling they'll make it on to your portobello caps as complete patties.

    This recipe was fabulous! As my husband put it, "it is beyond 5 star gourmet!" After reading others comments, I did add egg to the recipe. If you make the burgers smaller (make 6 burgers instead of 4 you don't have as much problem with them falling apart.

    This recipe is also great as a patty or on a hamberger bun for those watching the carbs. Delicious, I'd give it an 11 out of 10.
