They're so juicy and delicious. Packed with flavor.

tried this after watching the show. I've been trying to use low-fat since my husband's heart attack last year. Not only was this lean, but so very tasty. While it is very good on the portabello caps, I've tried it on pannini, too. It's always a big hit in our household. Thanks, Rachel.

I modified this recipe a little bit and took out the things my family would not eat such as the mushrooms and they really enjoyed it. Thanks for another good recipe from Rachael Ray!

My husband and I love her Chili Burger on Portobello "Buns" recipe and we make it often, so this recipe wasn't anything new to us because it tastes almost the same. Tastes great but it wasn't anything special.

You don't need any soy sauce or anything else to spice this recipe up. It can also be made with varying ingredients - as Raechal always says. Very simple, very tasty, and very healthy. My picky son eats it, and although he doesn't care about the Portobellos as buns, asks for me to make it!

These are absolutely delicious. I make them at least once a month. They are super quick and easy to make and they taste great every time. I find that fresh ground turkey (instead of frozen and then thawed holds together better. Thanks Rachael Ray!

This dish was made for my husband and I at a friend's house, and to be honest, I didn't think it sounded, nor smelled very appetizing. WHAT A SURPRISE! I absolutely loved it, and I make it regularly for my husand and
    I now! Thank you, Rachel!

I made these with very lean ground turkey breast. Very flavorful and the Portobello Bun was a great compliment to the burger. The leftovers were great as well although when I reheated them, I put a small amount of chicken stock in the bottom of the container as they had dried out a bit in fridge. I will definitely make these again.

My OM absolutely loved these things...I liked them, but he went nuts for them. The leftovers warmed up nicely for a lunch the next day, although one of them was eaten by "someone" as a cold breakfast. I had a little problem keeping them together while frying, probably because of all the "stuff" that was stuffed in the patties. But a repeat performance was requested two days after we tried them, so I am thinking this one is a keeper.

This was very easy and so yummy. I was trying to go by memory from the show and found the recipe later realized I forgot a couple ingredients was still fabulous!!
