I never thought I would like a burger without hamburger, but these were fantastic! I used ground chicken instead of turkey, though, and it has become one of my family's favorites.

Great dish. We made these not knowing what to expect, but we really enjoyed them. The smoked mozz was a great addition!

This was very good! I was really surprised because I am not a big fan of ground turkey. However, this recipe had a lot of flavor.

Very "yummo" just make sure to cut the veggies VERY small or the burger will fall apart.

I followed the recipe exactly except that I had to grind my own turkey...I can't believe that none of the 4 stores I went to had ground turkey, or ground chicken, for that matter. Some trouble getting it for some reason. Anyway, they only fell apart a little but the overall flavor was bland. Maybe if I added egg that would enrich the flavor. I just don't know that I will be making these any time too soon. Sorry Rachel, these did not hit any high notes for us.

This is a great, fast recipe.
When I reheat them for a lunch, my coworkers come running with the simple saying of " What is that AWESOME SMELL? What are you EATING?!"
Can never have enough to share.
    Thanks, RAchel.

I had a problem with the "burger" staying togeter even after I added an egg. I will try this next time making them a little smaller.

As for TASTE this recipe is a total FIVE STAR!! It was moist and full of flavor.
