This is the best burger I've ever had. I put all the veggies in the food processor so they were nice & small. I made 6 burgers instead of 4 and used my George Foreman Grill for the Portobello buns and the Burgers. This was so easy & delicious!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed these burgers very much. He usually isn't a fan of turkey burger, but the spices in this burger and the portabello mushrooms were a delicious and new treat for us. He's already requested that I make them again.

This recipe was easy to follow and tasted great! I am not a great cook but I saw this recipe on the show and thought I would give it a try. I made it for my family and every bite was ate. I am not extremely fond of mushrooms and I still loved it. This is definitely a recipe I will use again and again. Note for the novice-make sure to use a pan with a lip so that if some of your oil slips off the pan it doesn't fill your oven with smoke :

We really enjoyed these very tasty and healthy burgers. What a great way to start off the new year with a taste of summer. They smell delicious, the taste delicious. Thanks so much for a great recipe!

This recipe was excellent. The only thing I would do differently is add more seasoning. The turkey patties were a little bland, but I LOVED the portabello "buns"! Very clever and yummy!

Awesome. Even my children 10 and 12 liked it. They ate it without the mushroom. It had been years since I had eaten ground turkey. It had always been dry. This I will prepare again.

I love turkey at Thanksgiving, but am not crazy about ground turkey until now! I tried this recipe and it was fantastic!! **One thing, though. I grilled my burgers on the grill and they were wonderful; my co-worker did the recipe in the skillet as the recipe indicates and said it was not nearly as good as the burgers I had made and brought to work with me. So, I would recommend putting them on the grill (on foil and letting them cook their for the most flavor!

I made this recipe twice and the first time it was simply devine. I made it again, unfortunately using SMOKED mozzarella instead of the plain I used the first time, and it ruined the dish. It completely masked all of the flavors in the dish and tasted flat out yucky. I will definitely make this dish again, but only with plain mozzarella. This is a keeper recipe!

I happened to catch this show before heading to the gym this morning, and I'm glad I did! This was very easy to prepare, and it tasted great. I actually forgort to by mozzarella cheese to top off the burgers, but I didn't miss it. It had so much flavor, and it was very healthy. I have been looking for a new turkey burger recipe, and this one really fit the bill. Thanks Rachel!!
