These burgers were just sooo good! I rarely follow a recipe completely, I usually change something, but not in these! Even my picky husband who HATES turkey burgers asked for another one.

I love making these burgers and often I make a double batch and freeze the burgers to make at a later date.

This burger is not only healthy but has a lot of wonderful flavor. My 11
year daughter loves it. We eat it like a steak with no bun. I never thought I
would like ground turkey, but this is great. You have to try this.

These are delicious! We tried them after seeing Rachel Ray prepare them on her show and they've become a favorite!

I have made these Turkey Cacciatore burgers several times now and enjoy them more each time. I do cook the on the grill for about 8 minutes each side on medium instead of cooking them in the oven.

We eat a lot of turkey burgers, and this is just an awesome way to make them! Absolutely LOVE using the portobellos as a "bun". Great job Rachael, keep up the good cooking ;-

My husband and I loved this. We have
made it many times. Also freezes well,
popped out of freezer to the grill for
    a fast dinner.
