Absolutely Fantastic! So flavor-full. This has become my new favorite meal and I am not a "burger" person. I did not have any trouble getting my burgers to stick together like some people had. I will recommend this recipe to EVERYONE. Thanks for the idea Rachel!!!!!

Although there were many ingredients for the burger, it was still pretty simple to create. And the taste was so good and different. We really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this recipe!

This recipe is awesome! My husband did not care for ground turkey before. Now, he ask me when we are having turkey cacciatore burgers again.

Fabulous burgers! All of the veggies and the crushed red pepper gave this burger a bite. We substituted pepper jack cheese for extra flavor and I absolutely loved the mushroom bun. The burgers stayed together for the most part so long as you don't flip too soon. My issue is knowing when turkey burgers are done because the color is much lighter than beef so I had to cut one in half. I can't wait to make these again!!

... they have fallen apart both times I've made them. I think I'm using to many mushrooms in the burgers. But they tast awesome!

I made these turkey cacciatore burgers
for my husband. He was sceptical when
he saw I was using ground turkey. We've had some pretty dry results in the past with other recipes that call for turkey. Lots of great flavors. The
veggies and seasonings add just the right touch. I'll be making these again soon.

This was very tasty and easy to make (I can hardly cook. The portobello mushrooms made it work and the turkey burger was the most flavorful one I've ever had. This is a great recipe for anyone watching what they eat.

I hesitated making these but I was pleasantly surprised. After reading the reviews I added 1/3 cup of egg beaters. (1-1/2 eggs. Consistancey was very wet. I was tempted to add breadcrumbs - but didn't. With all that you add to the meat, I was able to make 5 substantial burgers. We like things spicy, so instead of adding the red pepper flakes, I minced up about 1 tbs of jalapenos. I cooked it on low without turning for at least the 8 min, and was able to turn without falling apart. I topped it with sliced provolone cheese over thinly sliced tomotoes and popped it back in the oven until melted. This is a keeper.
