I wasn't sure what to do with the ground turkey I bought on sale but with the snow outside, making chilli seemed perfect. This was easy to make and tasted fantastic!

This was the best chili I ever made. I made it for the super bowl and everyone loved it. The only thing that I had to work on was the corncake pancakes.

There was so much liquid after the "simmer of 10 minutes" as directed in the recipe. I ended up simmering for about an hour. The overall outcome was okay. Nothing too fabulous like the other viewers mentioned. I did not make the corn cake toppers. I made her cracked corn and cheese squares instead because I was too lazy to bring out the griddle and individually make each corn cake.

I liked this chili better the next day, which is unfortunate because I don't see myself making a whole pot to eat left over. Maybe better without the beer.

I 1/2 the recipe, but keep chipotles the same and no beer, chili beans undrained and 1 c chix broth. Good flavor, and quite a kick!! Even the kids ate it!

Fast, healthy and full of flavour. It tastes as if you spent more time on it than you actually did.

The spices and especially the peppers and beer gave this chili an awesome taste. I used 3 chipotle peppers and cooked the chili for hours so the liquid would cook down and the flavors meld. It was awesome. My husband loved it so much I made it twice in one week!

What a great tasting healthy chili, but needed some more spice and more liquid - we had a bunch of meat, tomoatoes, and beans and no more soup. The corn cakes are now a favorite of mine...excellent and easy!

I followed the instructions very closely, and the end result was more like a broth with ground turkey. It had a great flavor, though, so I think I'll try it again and add a little cornstarch or less chicken broth to make it thicker.

my husband and two 10 year-olds loved this! I did the recommended double batch of corn cakes and it was a good idea, as they go fast!
