The first time I saw the episode I knew I had to try it. My husband loves 'Corona' so that was the beer I used. It was a hit, and very good.

The corn cakes that top this chili are so good that I suggest you have enough ingredients on hand to double them. I used cheddar and jack with peppers. My husband is a "non-binger" when it comes to food but these corn cakes were so good that after he ate the one on top of the chili he got another and started dipping, and another one...FABULOUS combination!!

The flavors in this recipe are incredible. We didn't add the beer and just added more chicken stock. We couldn't get enough. Even my husband didn't mind the ground turkey.

This is one of the best chilli recipes I have ever had. My family loves it, and it's a healthy meal! The corncakes are very important in the flavor of this chilli. I had to triple the batch, and it turned out perfect. It also keeps very well and the corncakes can be reheated in a toaster oven, or a regular oven.
Keep up the good work Rachel, we love you!

I made this for my husband on football Sunday, and gave him a Dos Equis to wash it down. He loved it : Although it does take a bit longer than 30 mins for the flavor to come together. It was delicious.

I made this with my 11 year-old daughter. It was fun! The smokey flavor from the peppers was out of this world!
I suggest doubling the corn cake toppers...we all wanted more. I used cheddar cheese and added chopped jalapenos! WOW!

I followed this recipe almost exactly--just left out the peppers in adobo. Excellent--LOVED the corn cakes on top! This is so great on a chilly day!

I think the Turkey Chipotle was good, but I think it would taste even better with hamburger instead of turkey.
