I made this chili and it was really good. My children thought it was too spicy. I did not use the beer, just forgot. I used the leftovers the next day as a hash.. great!!! I like that it was less saucy and I didn't need it to cook all day for the flavor. Chipolte peppers are amazing.. Thank you Rachel

Unique flavor which got even better after a few days in the freezer. This will definitely be enjoyed often.

And for once I finished in 30 minutes! Added extra cheese and one chipotle pepper to the corncakes, and it really paid off. Used cannellini beans because they're my favorite. Raves all around.

We used the salsa instead and Miller Genuine Draft for the beer BUT the chile was the BEST tasting chile I have EVER eaten!! My 1 year old even ate some (no kidding. It's got like a sweet start taste with a hot after bite. For any of you wanting to try a GREAT chile, this is it!!! YUMMY!!! Thanks Rachel Ray!!! :

I thought my husband and I made good chili, but I believe this was the best chili I ever tasted. We ate chili for dinner and then poured the left over chili on our egg omelets with avacado slices for breakfast. Truly delicous.

This was a simple and tasty dish. I found the sauce a little watery, but I added some cornstarch and it thickened right up! You have to love internet recipe finds!
