This is great chili. It has a little kick to it but not too overpowering. I love the corn topper...totally makes the dish. My husband didn't even know it was turkey!

this was ok - used coarse chopped tomatoes cause i don't like stewed, this just made it reduce longer. i used 99% fat free ground turkey, which i think dried out a little bit.

I just made this recipe yesterday for about the 20th time & it is awesome -the best chili I've ever eaten! It is definitely a 30 minutes meal -so easy & so delicious!!
The only thing I change is I substitute the beer with extra chicken stock & add an extra can of beans & tomatoes.
Everyone should try this dish!! & Enjoy!!

I liked the change the chipotles added but I agree with the other reviews that it needed some work.

I would cook the onions and garlic slightly before cooking the meat to help release the flovors more. I would use less stock and added itlian style canned diced tomatoes to make it heartier.

I also cheated and used some help from a seasoning packet.

To thicken the sauce, i diluted a tablespoon of corn starch in about two tablespoons of water and slowly added it to the sauce.

The prep time is minimal and the result is just nice and spicy. It's definitely a great meal when it's cold outside.

it can be a little thinner than i typically like, but the chipotle adds a nice and unexpected flavor. it's also good without the corn cakes for those who are watching the carbs...

It's easy and the smoky flavor makes it stand out from the rest. Plus when you use lean turkey, it's pretty healthy as well! I made it for my Son's first birthday party and it was a huge hit! (The party was Adults only
