I made this chili tonight after deciding it would be a great way to use up the last of my Thanksgiving turkey. I read all the reviews before I printed the recipe to give me some insight and some ideas to add or change the recipe for myself and my families taste. This chili dish is simply delicious! My husband and daughter both loved it also. I added some black beans after reading some of the comments and because I love black beans with corn. This dish is so easy and a nice change from my usual beef and bean chili that I make in my crock pot. Try this recipe and tweak it for your own taste, you will not be dissapointed. Rachel has a winner with this dish!!

It turned out really well. Its actually a couple weeks before Thnxgiving but wanted a new chili recipe. This one worked out well using ground turkey. I had to improvise when I realized I didnt have chili powder...yikes! I used a mexican seasoning instead and came out pretty yummy!

This was an excellent chili. I added a can of black beans to mine and it was great! I used chicken instead of turkey too, because that's what I had left over. This is a keeper for me. Thanks again Rachael! You always keep me happy and full...

I made this with leftover crock pot turkey breast. It was awesome and super easy to do. Even my mom & dad who are SUPER picky eaters had seconds. I used the fire roasted tomatoes with garlic. They were yummy and had less acid. I also used a very small jalapeno. I removed the ribs and the seeds from the jalapeno. It gave it a nice flavor but very little heat. This will become a regular at our house.

I first used this recipe for after-thanksgiving turkey, but it's good with any kind of poultry, raw or cooked, any kind of leftover vegetables - ideal for any situation.

Man I like this recipe. It is quick and delish!
I use ground turkey and I like to add black beans and hit it with lime zest.
Its really good, freezes well and I have made it over and over again. Its a hiy every time.

This is an excellent way to use leftover turkey. As I am not a huge fan of the dark meat, I was able to use it up this time! I changed a few ingredients...added some white beans, and adjusted the spices a touch..it was fabulous.
