This was a fantastic new way to use up turkey left-overs. We like it so much I buy cooked turkey breast at my local grocery store just to make it.

    Thanks, Rachael!

I made this for the Super Bowl. My friends loved it. I'll be making it for the chili-off soon.

We throw this recipe in the crockpot with an extra cup of red wine before we hit the slopes. When we arrive home from a hard day of skiing the house smells terrific and nobody has to cook. What a great healthy way to warm up!

I used ground turkey instead and it really made a great alternative to traditional chili. a healthier version that i will definitely make again, it was very hearty and satisfying.

This chili is soooooo easy and delicious. I've seen this on the episode of what to do with your leftover Thanksgiving turkey and decided to try it the day after Thanksgiving-and boy am I glad that I did. My family LOVES it!! I have since then made it a few times with Butterball packaged-pre cooked sliced turkey breast. I love this even more than regular chili. It's great for a cold day!! A+

I first used this recipe for my out-of-town family and then I took it to work for a party. There were no leftovers! It's a great recipe for left over turkey, but it's also good enough to buy a turkey just for the recipe. It's easy to make and can be adjusted for people's taste, e.g. my Southern relatives added their own pepper sauce and their children enjoyed it without the additional sauce.

I saw the 30 Minute Meals episode where Rachael made this - it was right before Thanksgiving and I was intrigued because I'm a huge fan of chili! Well, this certainly didn't disappoint! And Rachael was right - you can use up your leftover crudite! Friends saw the same episode and were very excited when I invited them over to share it. They were equally pleased. It reheated well and could easily be thinned with just water. It was a truly wonderful recipe - easy to make, great use of leftovers, and very delicious, as well as healthy! I'm even thinking about buying a turkey just I can make more!! Thanks, Rachael and Food Network!

I loved making this as much as I did eating it! And better yet, the fresh veggies were healthy and delicious. The whole family enjoyed it, including the kids!
