I have made this recipe for several years now and it has become a family staple in the winter. It is inexpensive and feeds my family of four. It is easy and quick to make so if I need a quick dinner it is a great choice. And it is healthy! So this recipe gets an A+ from me because it meets all of my three criteria. Thanks Rachael!

It was nice to have a recipe that uses leftover cooked turkey, chicken, etc. with a spicy taste. I used leftover rotisserie chicken. Added a lot of hot sauce (we like spicy!. Also, instead of the scallions, I used fresh cilantro. Great with tortilla chips. Definately make again. Thanks Racheal! Another great one.

This dish is simple to make, very flavorful and great as a leftover. I have made it for 4 years now and always start on the cold weather season by making a bath.
