I made this recipe a couple times and was really careful about how much spice I put in. After a while though, I took Rachael's "eyeball it" to heart and took a chance. Wow! It's a great dish to begin with, but not being stingy on the spices really made it fantastic.

This isn't my favorite RR recipe. I thought this was a little bland and needed a little more flavor. I added some beans to the soup and tried to spice it up. I will probably try this again when I have turkey leftovers but will try doctoring it up a bit.

Excellent recipe, but I used ground turkey, browned with garlic and onion, and substituted it in the recipe.

This is a great use for leftover turkey. The ingredients melded very nicely together and it was nice to have a tasty quick meal for a week night.

This was okay but not great. My husband liked it better than me...I thought it was sort of bland. For turkey leftovers I liked Giadas turkey with marinara better...or even a sandwich.
    Probably wouldnt make again.

What a great way to use leftovers. I was so impressed with how this Chili turned out even though I used Chicken instead of Turkey.

One thing to consider is the hot sauce you use. I used Tobasco(R but believe a Texas style hot sauce would have yielded a sweeter yet equally hot flavor. (But even then that depends on your preferences.

Thanks Rachael ! You rock !

Extra flavorful and just enough spice. Didn't have a jalapeno but had canned tomatoes w/jalapeno's worked perfect. Used all my leftover veggies from my relish tray.

This was a great way to use up leftover Thanksgiving turkey. The sweetness of the corn gives the dish a wonderful flavor. It tasted even better as leftovers.

This dish was very easy to make and smelled so good as i was cooking it. My family loved it. It almost tasted like a fajita. Very different way to use our leftover turkey.
