My fiancee is a picky eater and does not like veggies, so this chili was a great way to use up the Thanksgiving leftovers and get him to eat some veggies! I didn't add as much broth as to make it thicker, and I used 1/4c hot salsa instead of the jalapeno and hot sauce. I also addded a can of kidney beans, it was really good, with lots of good chili flavor!

This recipe was great. We all loved the comfort food feel with the more healthy tukey. It also used up all that leftover turkey we were tired of eating.

I made this the day after Thanksgiving, loved it. It was a welcome change from the usual turkey sandwiches. Great taste to it!!!!

I've been making this since Rachel appeared with it on the NBC Today show! Its the best meal for a cold, wintry night! We top it with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream, serve with blue corn tortilla chips for scooping! It really warms you all the way through!

This is a great version of chili, but healthier than regular chili's. The ingredients blend so good together and it taste awesome, nobody would know that its good for you.

Easy, quick, but makes a lot. I seemed to have enough for 8 people or more rather than 4.

One thing that may have affected the dish was my use of frozen sweet corn instead of regular corn. It did give the chili an odd flavor - but still, something was missing. Very easy recipe though, and quick to make.

My grandma and mom really enjoyed this dish. However, I'm not a fan of chili, so it wasn't to my liking. If you're a fan of chili, and want to try a little something different. I recommend this dish.

my husband had a hard time calling it "Chili", however. Good spicy turkey soup.
