I have made this for two Thanksgivings and now for Christmas. My husband normally does not care for turkey and definitely not dressing, but when I served this he loves it and now asks for it at other times besides holidays. It is a favorite at our house and will be a family tradition for years to come. Thanks Rachael !

I tried this recipe tonight for dinner and was sooo disappointed with it. Though I love Rachael Ray and most of her recipies are good, this was just the worst. The stuffing was waaaaay to sweet, and with the prociutte(at $5.00 for the 1/4 lb. that it called forit became very salty. The taste was horrible. The gravy I found to be too greasy. Im sorry rachael, but this just didnt work for me. I will always continue to watch your show. One bad recipe doesnt make you a bad person. It happens.

I doubled the recipe for Thanksgiving and used bacon instead of prosciutto. The sweetness of the corn muffins with the saltiness of the bacon rocked. I also baked it in the oven so it got nice and crunchy on top and around the edges. My husband loved it and cannot wait to eat leftovers!!!
Thanks, Rachael Ray for all your tasty recipes!!!

I have to admit I'm not a big 30-minute meal girl, but tried this as I had most of the ingredients after a seemingly random grocery trip. I used jalapeno-cheddar brioche bread rather than cornbread, it was delish. Didn't have fresh herbs so I used dried sage and skipped the parsley - t was still good.
I started with frozen turkey cutlets at 6:42 pm, defrosted them in the microwave and had dinner on the table by 7:15 - truly in 30 minutes. Added some steamed asparagus (2 min in the micro for a complete meal.
Hubby loved it, we both cleaned our plates. I would make this again.

I made the entire recipe the first time, it was very very good. Since then I just make the cutlets, since we really don't eat stuffing all the time. Quick and really easy...it's a keeper!!

Made the turkey tonight and it was soooooooo yummy! Was looking for a new meal to make and this one was perfect. Didn't do the stuffing this time, but will definitely try it another night.

I think the only thing really missing was fresh sage (or poultry herbs in the gravy itself. Overall, everything was really flavorful and an oral reminder of Thanskgiving. I added some chopped carrot to the stuffing (dressing, really! and substituted bacon for pancetta. I also cut the cutlets (our store had none from tenderloins. I pounded them to flatten a little, giving me a few smaller pieces that were perfect child-size portions. Great dishes!

Ididn't dothe turkey part but, I did do the stuffing part and peppers and oh boy was that good I forgot the spices that Rachel use but, made it any way and it was still good. Try this receipe it only take about 15 min. It's great I made it twice over the Christmas holiday once with the prosciutto and once without it I put in virgina baked ham instead keep with the prosciutto it adds a nice color and the taste is differnt. It's good. Good job Rachel on this one!! Keep them coming.

This dish is extremely easy to make and its absolutely delicious. I've made it several times now and I can't think of any problems with the recipe except that I usually have to double the stuffing portion because everyone likes it so much! I'm trying to learn to cook so I make dinner twice a week now and my parents get so excited when they hear its chicken and stuffing night. Definitely a winner!
