I was a bit wary at first to use muffins in a stuffing recipe, but I was intrigued so I tried it. It came out great. One of the tastiest Thanksgiving meals I've ever had.

The turkey cutlets with the pan gravy were absolutely wonderful, my husband raved about them all night. The stuffing on the other hand was much to sweet for us, also we thought it had to much thyme flavor. I might try it again with cornbread and less thyme, but the original recipe was a flop at this house.

what a relief to find such an easy thanksgiving recipe! I recommend using less liquid to avoid mushy texture.
I used blueberry muffins instead, which werent too sweet. Excellent taste!

I could not find turkey cutlets, so I used turkey tenderloins. They took a little longer to cook, but were still quick, easy and delicious. I also used bran-cranberry-orange muffins for the stuffing which were a little lower in fat. They tasted great. I will definitely make this one again.

This recipe is delicious with a bit of tweaking. I use cranberry nut muffins and reduce the amount of chicken broth I add to the stuffing, otherwise it comes out too soggy. I also spice up the gravy and very generously season the turkey cutlets as my family found it very bland the first time I made it.

This was so good. I also, like other reviewers, couldn't find the cranberry muffins and I certainly didn't want to drive all over the place to find them (huge time waster, but I did have some corn bread leftover from a couple nights ago and used that. I added a few cranraisens and presto - stuffing. Delish!

This is so simple and delicious. The stuffing tends to be a little sweet but is still tasty!

Rather than making a full fledged turkey for thanksgiving, I made the turkey cutlets sans the cranberry orange stuffing. They were "okay"; not spectacular and by the end of dinner, I was regretting not roasting a turkey instead. I may give these another go round to see if I can improve upon it, but I'm not making any promises.
