Muffins were a bit too sweet for the stuffing. Good idea, but not for me.

I made this for myself and my parents this Thanksgiving and it worked out perfectly.

Since it was just the three of us, and I don't eat meat, I made 1.5x the stuffing, and everything was just the right amount.

Quick and easy, this recipe is great!

This recipe is simple, fast, and delicious. My kids thought the stuffing was a little sweet, but loved the turkey and gravy. When everyone loves a turkey dinner made less than a week after Thanksgiving, it must be good! Personally, I thought the balance between the sweet muffins and the "classic" stuffing tastes of onions and celery was just great. Very enjoyable. I did forget to pound the turkey so it took about 50 minutes from start to finish, but I'd make this again in a heartbeat.

This was good. The cutlets where easy and tasted good. The stuffing was easy and it was sweet which was different. I enjoyed this and liked the simplicity of it. The only thing I wasn't to happy about was the stuffing got soggy with the liquid. Maybe a little less would be better. I will make it again.

I couldn't find cranberry orange muffins so I used cranberry orange bagels which I used two and should have used three. It was little sticky so I baked it for 30 minutes and IT WAS DELICIOUS!
