I love Rachel. BUT....this is one of her worst recipes I've tried. The turkey was bland. I couldn't force myself to eat it. And the Ravioli was not good either, the cornmeal on it was just not worth the effort.

I'm not really good at cooking with wine and I had some on hand and it came out so good. I definately reccomend it. My husband loved it

We have made this recipe for guests and ourselves several times, always with great results. It's easy, fun and delicious! We often substitute chicken for the turkey, and it works very well. Over-all, this is a fantastic recipe - and easy, to boot!

I never thought of using fresh bay leaf to season with, but the combination of the bay leaf and the olive oil made this dish very tasty.

I didn't make the turkey, but I did make the fried ravioli. I saw the show and HAD to try them. My family LOVED it so much, that I've made it several times now! The only suggestion I have is that Rachel said to dry the ravioli. I found that if you dry it, the cornmeal mixture doesn't stick to it. I didn't find it messy at all. In fact, my 8 year old niece loves to help, and did it one time all herself. THIS IS A MUST TO TRY!! Enjoy, and thanks Rachel!! You are awesome!!

I didn't make the fried ravioli, since I'm trying to cut our some carbs - and that was probably a key part of the meal. I found the turkey kind of dull and boring. Not my favorite Rachel Ray recipe.

I used chicken breasts instead of turkey because that's what was in my freezer. It turned out nice and was enjoyable. I'm always looking for different ways to make chicken.

Really enjoyed the turkey as well as the ravioli. The rapini recipe was very very bitter, as Rachael advised, too much for my and my hubby's tastes.
Would make the turkey and ravioli again in a heartbeat, will stay away from rapini!

We ate the ravioli like it was popcorn (I cooked WAY too much of it. The turkey cutlets were delicious. Rachel - YOU GO GIRL!
