    Rachel,

The fried ravioli was a HIT! I did not try the cutlets; but, I served it filets (your recipe "Filet of Beef with Horseradish" and it was just great!

    Thanks!

After seeing Rachel's show with the fried ravioli, I couldn't stop thinking about the food. I finally made it, except that I took her suggestion and substituted pork chops for the turkey. I loved the ravioli and the pork chop was awesome.

The turkey cutlets were excellent and easy to prepare. The fried ravioli was more work than worth and messy. Also the grated cheese in the cornmeal was not conducive to frying.

Rachel- I made the fried ravioli as an appetizer for my italian themed dinner party last night and they loved it! It was so easy and quick. Thank you for making my dinner party a hit!

Although the receipe was easy to prepare I wasn't happy with it. I had a hard time getting the ravioli to fry up and they turned out a little like hocky pucks. The turkey waS tender but a little too lemony for my taste.

We tried the fried Ravioli recipe and it was an absolute WINNER!!!! Everyone loves it!! Friends, Family, Kids...anyone who tries it, just loves it and wants the recipe. We have tried making it with all different types of ravioli too- Spinach and cheese ravioli, sundried tomato ravioli- you name it and we've tried it and everytime its just another winner.

VERY easy to make. Ravioli would have done better in a deep fryer (granted, it's not the healthiest alternative and I substituted chicken for the turkey. All in all a great recipe. I'm now in love with this show!
