    This was very good. Easy to prepare and interesting flavors. Next time I think I'll make some mashed potatoes and eliminate the peppers from the zucchini. I liked the taste, but was somewhat overwhelmed by the complexity. Mashed potatoes or rice would help to balance that I think.

    Wow Rachael, you did it again! Really great, flavorful and delicious! I wasn't sure how a red wine gravy would taste with turkey, but it was fabulous! As always, it usually takes me a good 45 minutes to make one of Rachael's 30 minute meals, but it was great! Don't skimp on the fresh herbs!
