I loved this recipe. Easy to make, takes up some of the leftovers and a great take on a classic soup.

This is one of the best soups I have ever made. I will make it again, it was a hit in my house.

I wasn't sure about this one, but we loved it. I also used the can Herdez green salsa as recommended by another reviewer and it was spicy enough that I left out the jalapeno. This will become a staple in my house.

I just made this recipe and my whole family - husband, 15 year old daughter, and I simply loved it. I also used Salsa Verde instead of taking time to chop tomatillos, and it was delicious. At first, I thought it was too spicy, but after a few spoonfuls it was perfect. We used cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed corn chips on top. Yum-O!!

I used this for leftover turkey and my family loved it. I had not cooked with hominey before and I really liked it but I didn't like the consistency of the hominey when it was reheated the next day. Next time, I will use whole kernel corn instead.

This meal is pretty good, but I must say it takes about an hour and a half to make start to finish. It is NOT a 30 minute meals, though almost none of Racheal Rays are really.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this soup. We actually used chicken instead of turkey since we already had a rotisserie chicken. Also, we added lentils to the soup--which was a great addition. The recipe is amazing. The spice isn't too much--in fact, it is what makes the soup so unique. We loved it and highly recommend it.

Even my family liked this soup with it's "strange to them" ingredients.

Don't have time to make it like my mother did. This was good, my family enjoyed it. I do think you can cut way down on the number of tomatillos.
I liked that it's made with turkey instead of pork.

This recipe was very tasty, but was more like turkey tortilla soup with hominy instead of posole.
