This was VERY good. My only critique is that it needed to be kicked up a notch to make it a bit more hot. THIS WAS EXCELLENT !

Took Rachel's tip to use Salsa Verde & it was really easy and very good. It felt good to use the extra gravy as well. I plan to use hominy in additional dishes - very unique and tasty.

We followed this one to the letter and thought it was great. I felt compelled to write to stick up for this great twist on Turkey Day leftovers. The longer it cooks, the better the flavor too.

I want to try the suggestion about the grated jack cheese too. This would be great with chicken as well - almost a chicken enchilada soup.

I watched the show and decided I wanted to try this. After reading the reviews, I got concerned but tried it anyway. We loved it! I cut the recipe in half and used white beans instead of the hominy - not to my liking. My husband added a little pepper jack cheese on top. YUM! Great way to make a very different dish with turkey leftovers.

I am a fan of posole and enjoyed this recipe. I thought this was a different and creative way to use Thanksgiving leftovers. The recipe was easy and I was surprised how well the leftover turkey went with the tomatillos and hominy. Thanks Rachel for another way to use Thanksgiving leftovers!

I followed this to the letter, but nobody liked it. They especially disliked the hominey. Over all it was a failure which is real strange for Rachael's recipes. I'll stick with my leftover turkey in a turkey noodle soup which everyone wishes I had in the first place! Sorry Rachael!

Maybe I am just a purist when it comes to eating roast turkey, but this soup/stew was very strange tasting. Unusual for Rachel to have something that simply did not taste good. The flavors where just a strange blend. Maybe it would be better with pork.
