Tried this tonight with minor changes (we didn't have apples so we doubled up on the onions. We LOVED it! We will be making this again for sure! We are going to try adding a little sage next time. YUM-O!

It was delicious. I added artichokes and portabella mushrooms instead of the apples. OMG. It was a hit. Definately a keeper.
