This is a great dish. I made some moderations b/c of my budget, but even not following it to a "T" it was fantanstic. Next time I'm going to splurge and get everything on the list - should be even better!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS RECIPE!! WATCHED RACHAEL PREPARE THIS SATURDAY MORNING WHILE HAVING MY COFFEE AND I MADE THIS FOR SUNDAY'S DINNER. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I WILL NEVER BE AS FAST AS RACHAEL. TOOK ME AN HOUR AND A HALF TO COMPLETE THE MEAL, INCLUDING THE CORN FRITTERS. ALSO, I USED A CAN OF DICED GREEN CHILI'S INSTEAD OF THE CHIPOTLE AND DID NOT DRAIN THE BLACK BEANS.

This recipe is great. My husband says it's the best tasting chili he's ever had! I agree. It has a very delicate, smoky flavor and it's not as heavy as the classic chilis.

...Awesomely HOT!!! This was quick and VERY good, but very hot. We served ours yankee style over spaghetti noodles and it was still very spicy. Way too spicy for the wife and kids.
