I have to say that this was particularly spicy. If you can't take the heat I would suggest leaving out the adobe sauce. However I had a cold at the time of eating this so it knocked it right out of me so I was grateful for the heat.

a title: I did this in the crock pot with some minor adjustments and it came out well: I added cinnamon and cocca- I did not use beer but used beef broth and it came out well.

This was certainly different, but does not have the taste we southerners look for in a chili. BUT...I will be making again because my husband and I found that it makes the perfect topping for nachos! Try it, it is great!

I made this for Supper Bowl Sunday. It was delicious. The only thing I did differently was no gouda and shredded sharp cheddar on the top. I brought some of the leftovers to work, and everyone tried it. They loved it. Said it was rich and delicious. I love Rachael Ray!!!

I wouldn't want this chili every time I ate chili, but it was delicious. I don't normally like beans in my chili, but they worked with all these vegetables. Very good!

This chile is great. I only used one chipotle and added a small can of tomatoe paste. The beer gave it a nice taste. Will make it again!

very good, added 30oz can of crushed tomatoes instead of the 15oz size and thought the consistency was perfect this way.
