My family really enjoyed this recipe. I'd say this is just as time consuming to make as lasagna, and honestly, I'd rather have this manicotti. I did use ground turkey rather than veal and I didn't add in the Boursin. I'll be making this for my mother the next time she is in town, she will love them!

It's deliciouse! I changed it a little because didn't have all the ingredients. I used ground turkey, perfect! added like 3 oz. of shredded smoked gouda cheese in top of the manicotti and before the bechamel. I used lasgna instead boiled it half way and cut them in half, put a tablespoon of the meat and rolled them and finally instead of the herb cheese I used cream cheese and a tablespoon of italian seasoning, dried thyme and parsley. My falimly loved it, thanks,

I made this for dinner tonight. I liked it, but I didn't love it. Considering how time consuming it was, I wanted to love it. If I were to do again, I would cut the spinach in half. It was overpowering. Also, I have a lot of the stuffing left that I don't know what to do with. Since my kids wouldn't eat it, I don't think I will make a second meal out of the leftover stuffing.
For the same time investment, I would rather make lasagna.

Made this tonight with ground turkey. I added diced tomato, red pepper flake and thinly sliced jalepeno to the stuffing. I used a cows milk cheese from Italy in the bechemel. Served with a wilted green salad with a balsamic reduction. AMAZING!!!

Well- I had some distractions! I have become quite fond of audiobooks and listen whenever I have time. Cooking is a good time to listen- usually! However, Rachel had to compete with 50 Shades Book 2 and I was completely involved in this book while trying to mutlitask this recipe. Let's just say that the Man-icotti became Man- asagna ! I overcooked my manicotti, under seasoned my meat mixture and was taking intermittent pauses during my cooking experience. I now need to apologize to Paula Deen for screwing up the fresh fruit tart crust ! I have no idea how much butter I actually used !

All said and done- this is a great dish- Man-icotti or Man-asagna. Either way- DELISH !

This recipe was fantastic. My family loved it! There was a lot of filling left over but my kids ate it a few days later with a different pasta. I will def make again.

Totally unhappy with this meal. First of all the recipe is missing a few steps. Secondly, it was a much longer prep time than 10 minutes. HOURS, partly do the recipe missing steps! I made the whole recipe to have leftovers. Sadly enough, they got thrown in the garbage! I will not be making it again!

Very tasty and the whole family complemented this new addition to our favorite recipies. Be sure to add the spinach into the meat mixture before stuffing. This step was left out of the directions.

I have never done one of Rachael Ray's recipes before, but boy am I glad I made this one. It was absolutely delicious. While my husband was half way thru his meal, he said "I sure hope this is a recipe you make again". High praise :. I cut the recipe in half, because it is just the two of us, and yet we still had half the dish left. We are so looking forward to left overs! The only change I made was using the light version of the garlic and herb cheese. Soooo good.
