This was excellent - The reviewer that referred to spinach and gave a poor rating because the dish didn't have any was mistaken - prosciutto and fresh sage are the signature ingredients for making Saltimbocca.

Veal Saltimbocca is made with SPINACH.
There is no mention and although this might be tasty, it's not saltimbocca.

This is so easy and tasty, I couldn't believe it! I wasn't really a veal guy until I tried this. We now serve this very often, even the finicky kids love it.

I did not get the pan hot enough at first because it took a lot longer to cook the meat (the first 2 than stated in the recipe. Then I bumped up the heat for the second 2 and got the right caramelzation going but the oil/butter just splashes everywhere, you have to be careful. I was eyeballing the wine and I think I put too much in because it did not come out as thick as seen on the show. My husband thought it was pretty good (he's picky, but I only thought it was ok (and I usually eat everything. But I eat veal so rarely that maybe I wasn't used to the flavor. I was expecting more cuz it just looked sooooo good on the show! I think I'll try this with chicken instead.

It was incredible. My husband and I loved it. But when my 10 and 11 year old boys said this is very good. I knew I had to keep the recipe.

Delicious! I had lost the recipe and was delighted to see it again on tv.
I came right in and printed another copy. It was easy to make and I felt like a gourmet cook when I served it. It was that good.
