I just have to say Thanks! I entered a Chili contest at work and used your Vegie Chili recipe and won for Best Vegie Chili. I had lost my home recipe and searched the internet and found this recipe and it turned out to be a real winner. It was easy and fast and tasted great. Thanks, Eric

Nom nom nom! I've converted many a meat eater to this chili. Use the beer rather than the stock for best results. Also, I add one small, shredded sweet potato to this recipe to give it more density and "meatiness."

This was the best veggie chili ever and I have made many. Will make it again soon.

I'll put this chili up against any other, meat or no meat. I added some corn (gotta have corn with black beans, chipotle chile powder, and spanish smoke paprika. Perfect for a cold, gray day.

Absolutely delicious. Hardest part in making this chili is the shoping for the ings and then the chopping...otherwise...simple and delish!!!

I LOVED it and so did my friends. I added big chunks of portobello mushrooms in and didn't miss the meat at all!

Awesome! I'm a vegetarian and this was one of the best chilis i've tasted - my meat eating boyfriend likes it, too. Took this to a chili cook-off at work and it was very popular, and I've made it numerous times since. I love that it's easy to make after work, only takes about half an hour.

This chili is so good! I froze most of it to take to work for quick lunches, but now I'm thinking about all the possibilities. I can make chili cheese fries, have a chili topped baked potato, etc. I WILL be making this again. Yummy!

First time making a vegetarian chili and it turned out great!! The only thing I did differently was added one extra can of black beans. And of course, the longer the chili simmers, the taste only gets better!! Super easy and a keeper:
