I have made this a couple of times. I made it for my family and added a little cream at the end and served it over angel hair pasta, and they ate every bit of it and seemed to wish I had made more! This one's a great dish to make if you're looking to make a great impression.

I thought this dish would be a lot more difficult to make than it was. Instead of using big sea scallops, I used small bay scallops. I made the recipe just as it is written. The only thing I did different (to add a personal touch was I made some 3-cheese stuffed tortellini, and served the seafood and sauce over those, with a little freshly grated mozzerella as a garnish on top. My husband's face said it all as he took the first bite... he closed his eyes and uttered, "Yuuummmmm...." I was so excited! Our fave restaurant is Olive Garden, and he said my dish was better than anything he's ever eaten at Olive Garden! I am so proud of this dish. My brother-in-law is on his way over now to have a helping. Can't wait to see how HE reacts!!! Thanks, Rach, for the great idea! And it only took me 23 minutes to make!

I love this recipe! The prep time did bring it past 30 minutes, but this one is well worth the time.

I wasn't expecting to like this as much as I did. It was very tasty and very easy to make! I served it over couscous.

and so easy! I didn't use scallops, just shrimp, and it was great. My husband loved it. I think it would be great over rice, too.

Rachel has done it again! Had to be one of the best seafood recipes I've made in a long time. I served this over linguine and everyone LOVED it!!

I'll cut back on the crushed red pepper next time, but everyone else didn't seem to mind.

My family loved this - so easy too. Also have used it when entertaining....a good, easy dish that is more impressive than the effort!

if you are in need of a seafood fix, try this- its unbelievable--
so easy to make... but dont serve on pasta cause it will thin out the flavor- eat with bread like directions state.

This is a great, quick and easy meal. It's also great over rice rather than with bread.
